  1、冷凍水循環系統

  該部分由冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)泵、室(shi)(shi)內(nei)風機(ji)及(ji)冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道(dao)等組成。從主機(ji)蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)流出的低(di)溫冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)由冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)泵加壓送入冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道(dao)(出水(shui)(shui)),進(jin)入室(shi)(shi)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)熱交換(huan)(huan),帶走房間內(nei)的熱量,回(hui)到主機(ji)蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)(回(hui)水(shui)(shui))。室(shi)(shi)內(nei)風機(ji)用(yong)于(yu)將空氣吹過冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)道(dao),降(jiang)低(di)空氣溫度(du),加速室(shi)(shi)內(nei)熱交換(huan)(huan)。

  2、冷卻水循環部分

  該部分由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)泵、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)塔等組成。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)循環系統(tong)進行(xing)室內(nei)熱交換(huan)的(de)(de)同時(shi),必將帶走室內(nei)大量的(de)(de)熱能。該熱能通(tong)過主機(ji)內(nei)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒(mei)傳遞給冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui),使冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)度(du)升高(gao)。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)泵將升溫(wen)后的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)壓入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)塔(出水(shui)(shui)(shui)),使之與大氣(qi)進行(xing)熱交換(huan),降低溫(wen)度(du)后再送回主機(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(回水(shui)(shui)(shui))。

  3、主機

  主(zhu)機部分(fen)由壓縮(suo)機、蒸發器(qi)、冷凝器(qi)及冷媒(制冷劑)等(deng)組(zu)成,其工作循環(huan)過程如下:

  首先低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)態冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒被壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)加壓(ya)(ya)進(jin)入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器并(bing)逐漸(jian)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝成(cheng)高壓(ya)(ya)液體(ti)。在(zai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒會(hui)釋放出大(da)量(liang)熱能(neng),這部分熱能(neng)被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水(shui)吸收并(bing)送到室外的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)塔上,釋放到大(da)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)去。隨(sui)后冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)高壓(ya)(ya)液態冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒在(zai)流經蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器前的(de)(de)節流降壓(ya)(ya)裝置時(shi),因(yin)為壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)突變(bian)而氣(qi)(qi)化(hua),形(xing)成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)液混合物進(jin)入蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒在(zai)蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器中(zhong)(zhong)不斷氣(qi)(qi)化(hua),同(tong)時(shi)會(hui)吸收冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang)使冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)達(da)到較低(di)溫度。蒸(zheng)(zheng)發(fa)器中(zhong)(zhong)氣(qi)(qi)化(hua)后的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)媒又變(bian)成(cheng)了低(di)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),重新進(jin)入了壓(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji),如(ru)此循環往(wang)復。
